This interactive session is led by Dr. Joanne Laine-Gossin and Ms. Patricia O’Brien. 

The opportunity to teach international learners at DFCM has enriched our thinking about quality in healthcare. Reflecting on the Quality and Innovation Program's partnership with the Global Health and Social Accountability Program to teach QI to international primary care professionals, we will share our teaching experience, personal perspective, and reflections on health – here and around the world.

Session objectives:

1. Describe our experience teaching quality improvement to international primary care professionals

2. Reflect on how international learners impact our focus on quality healthcare for patients in Ontario

When: Monday, April 16, 2018 – 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
