CanIMPACT is a DFCM-led team of family physicians, cancer specialists, researchers, decision-makers, and patients studying the ways to improve coordination between primary care and cancer care. Six members of the team will present highlights from our
Phase 1 mixed methods research, as well as an overview of the trial to test an online communication system for family physicians and cancer specialists.
