DFCM Patient Safety Community of Practice

Interested faculty and interprofessional staff from across the DFCM academic sites are invited to participate in a community of practice for primary care patient safety that will support advancing primary care patient safety for the DFCM.

The session will focus on designing a learning collaborative which will kick off at a follow-up session on March 31st, 2017.
