Palliative Care Health Professions Community

Collaborate and Advocate

Are you a palliative care health professional looking to make a difference? Get involved with an interprofessional community of health professionals to advocate and educate about palliative care. We are clinicians from many different professions practicing in community teaching sites and hospitals. Together, we are guided by the values of interprofessionalism, community, innovation and advocacy to advance palliative care in Canada.

Become a Palliative Care Teacher

Impact the future of palliative care through teaching. The Division of Palliative Care needs dedicated professionals, such as yourself, to contribute your knowledge and passion to medical education so that every future health care professional can provide quality palliative and end-of-life care in their role.

DFCM runs a number of programs with palliative care components to develop versatility in our graduates. As a teaching faculty member in the Division of Palliative Care, you’ll have the opportunity to help us shape and deliver palliative care curriculum. You’ll experience a dynamic, collaborative and supportive teaching environment with a community of like-minded individuals advocating for palliative care.
