Job description:
Seeking a family physician to take over an established FHO practice in Village Family Health Team in the Liberty Village neighborhood of Toronto. A new grad would be fully supported.
1,300 rostered patients.
Presently 3.5 clinical days per week, but room to grow if desired.
Opportunity to include FM/OB as part of the practice, including joining a local FM/OB call group.
Well-established, professionally managed clinic in a clean and modern facility.
Good location with wonderful patients.
A very collegial team of 12 family physicians in the FHO, all located in the same clinic.
